Hi! I'm Reagan, lifelong artist and full-time designer. I've been creating artwork for as long as I can remember. I sold my first piece artwork around the age of 9 when I set up an art stand in my grandmother's front yard. (As you might imagine, selling crayon drawings for 25 cents a piece on a dead-end street wasn't the most lucrative business.)
When I began learning design in college, it felt like a natural extension of my love of creating. |
When BroussArt was created in 2015, it was focused solely on art. Shortly before my son was born, I found myself on Pinterest mentally planning his future birthday parties. I started designing invitations and put them up on Etsy as digital downloads. Over the next year, I completely fell in love with designing stationery. Now, I love combining artwork and design by incorporating hand painted elements into my designs.

other fun (but not so important) facts
- I love traveling but have always called Lafayette, Louisiana home.
- In kindergarten, I hated watercolor paints because I always got the colors on the palette mixed up. I didn't give watercolors another try until taking a continuing education course after graduating high school. I fell in love with them and they became my medium of choice.
- As a boy mom, I have a special love creating invitations for boy birthday parties. Why should girls get all the cute stuff?
- Like many millennials, I'm a total Harry Potter nerd.
